ABC (Absolute Beginners Class) — 4-Week Series with Julie MacGillis

Tuesdays from 7:30-9PM

New to Yoga and trying to figure out where to start? This Absolute Beginner Class Series meets for 90-mins, once per week for 4 weeks, and is for those that have an interest in learning what type of Yoga practice would suit you. This class will provide you with the tools to get started: fundamentals of yoga asana (poses), pranayama (breath work), and answers to your questions on the various forms of yoga or your personal practice. Whether you are coming to get in better physical condition or simply stop the chaos of your mind, there is a style of yoga that is right for you. Therefore, at the end of the four-week series, you will have the opportunity to consult with your teacher about your personal goals and choose the next yoga class(es) that will move you toward these goals. The Absolute Beginner Class Series requires pre-registration and will have a student limit to ensure a quality experience.
