Wear clothing that allows for flexibility, movement, and comfort. In particular, ensure
your clothes allow for ease and movement at the waist—pants without belts,
tight waistbands, or constriction are ideal.

Eat lightly and hydrate well in the hours before your appointment. 

If you can, please schedule your session for a time when there will be no pain medications,
(whether prescription, over the counter, or herbal) in your system.
