Welcome to Jyoti Wellness Yoga Therapy. My mission is to serve, support, and guide you on your path toward healing by creating welcoming and safe space for you to connect with your body, deepen your breath, quiet your mind, nourish your heart, and find your light shining from deep within.  

I offer individual yoga therapy sessions for people interested in practicing yoga as part of their healing journey—whether for body, mind, or spirit. My focus is on deep relaxation, nourishment, and gentle release of tension and anxiety held in the body using breathing, meditation, and gentle movement. 

My philosophy is “come as you are”—there is nothing you need to fix or change in order to begin your practice of yoga.
Your practice begins with you—just as you are right now. 

My passion is in working with people one-on-one, creating and guiding a personalized practice that meets your individual needs. I offer the practices of yoga, which I have found to be deeply healing in my own life, to people of all ages, cultures, genders, and abilities, with a specific focus on yoga for healing, self-care, and deep heart-connection.
